Our 30-day return policy

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Email support@clairevante.com with your order number and the items you wish to return, or use our Request a Service page. Proof of purchase is required; an order confirmation is sufficient. For voluntary change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition, with their tags and any supplied accessories. Keep the packaging where possible. These conditions do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

How to return an item

Contact us for return instructions and the appropriate return destination. Our business correspondence address is not automatically a returns warehouse. Do not send items to that address without receiving instructions. Please use a traceable return service and keep proof of dispatch. Return instructions or an authorization number do not remove an applicable statutory right to withdraw.

Return shipping and exchanges

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of sending the goods back, unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to cover it. We cover reasonable return costs for an incorrect, damaged or faulty item. We do not charge a restocking fee. To exchange an item, contact us before returning it; replacement availability must be confirmed.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty goods

Inspect your delivery and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, incorrect or faulty. Include your order number and a description; photos can help us assess the issue. Reporting promptly helps us resolve the problem, but it does not shorten legal claim periods. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

Refunds

We refund the original payment method. For voluntary returns, we assess the return and issue an approved refund within 10 business days after receiving the goods. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display it. Contact us if an approved refund has not appeared. Mandatory refund deadlines take priority over this voluntary process.

EU and EEA withdrawal rights

Where applicable consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, you may cancel an online purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receive the goods. For a single order delivered separately, the period generally starts when the last item is received. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. You may use the model notice below, but any clear statement is sufficient. We reimburse the payments covered by the withdrawal, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days after receiving your notice. Any extra cost of a premium delivery option is excluded. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; you may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. No blanket final-sale or promotional restriction overrides these rights.

Your statutory rights

Our 30-day policy is additional to applicable rights. It does not replace legal guarantees for goods that are faulty or not as described, including the minimum two-year legal conformity protection for new goods where EU law applies, or longer protection under national law.
