Seller and scope

Claire Vante is operated by LMX Global LLC. Our business correspondence address is 984 KEATON PKWY, OCOEE, FL 34761, United States. Contact: support@clairevante.com. These terms apply to purchases and use of this Claire Vante storefront, including v2sxjx-bp.myshopify.com. Read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take priority if any term conflicts with them.

Products and information

This storefront sells generically named bags. Product names, photographs, materials, dimensions and other descriptions on the relevant product page define the offer. A generic product is not represented as a product of another brand. Screen settings may affect color appearance, but this does not excuse a material difference from the description. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification.

Prices, discounts and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars. The product price, available discounts, shipping and taxes collected by the store are shown before you submit payment. Promotional discounts apply only under the conditions displayed for the offer and confirmed in checkout. Your bank may charge currency conversion or payment-related fees. We do not add a store fee that was not disclosed before purchase.

Orders and availability

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be processed or a material listing error affects the order. We will not charge an increased price or substitute a different product without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, we notify you and refund amounts paid for the cancelled goods under applicable law. We do not cancel confirmed orders arbitrarily or restrict statutory remedies.

Shipping, returns and guarantees

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery, tracking and delay procedures. Our Refund Policy provides a 30-day voluntary return window and applicable withdrawal and conformity rights. Promotional pricing or a closing-sale description does not remove mandatory rights. Any commercial promise adds to, rather than replaces, legal consumer protection.

Use of the website

Do not misuse the storefront, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its security or infringe the rights of others. Store content is protected by applicable intellectual property law. These terms do not restrict lawful consumer reviews or other protected expression. Third-party payment and platform services may have their own terms; they do not replace our responsibilities as seller.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the use of personal information for orders, delivery, support and the operation of the storefront. Contact support@clairevante.com for privacy enquiries. Marketing subscriptions are not a condition of purchase.

Responsibility and consumer protection

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods, fraud or other mandatory protections. We do not require consumers to waive statutory guarantees or accept a compulsory arbitration clause as a condition of buying. We remain responsible for our own contractual obligations even where a carrier or service provider is involved.

Applicable law and complaints

Applicable law governs your purchase, including mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where they apply to our offer. These terms do not deprive you of those protections or require you to bring a claim only in a foreign court. Contact support@clairevante.com with your order number and the issue so we can attempt to resolve it. You retain any right to approach a competent regulator, dispute-resolution body or court.

Updates

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms and information applicable when you place an order govern that order, subject to mandatory law. A later change does not retroactively remove an existing right.
